In order to offer accurate and timely technical support, please follow these steps:

  • Restart your machine and reenter the program.
  • Try to repeat the process which is linked with your problem.
  • For STAAD.Pro only: If your problem still exists, please delete all files in the directory except for those with the *.STD extension. Restart the program and repeat the process once again.
  • If the problem is not solved yet, please contact us .
